Booking audiovisual equipment for the Vortex multi-purpose hall

Before making a technical reservation for the Vortex multi-purpose hall, we need confirmation that the hall is available for your use.

All aspects relating to the organisation of an event on campus are handled by the Unicom service group AEGS, Reception, Events and Room Management.

The Vortex multi-purpose hall will be used for these types of events;

1. Management events (e.g. Rector's evening, welcome for new professors, meetings with cantonal authorities, Alumnil evenings, etc.);
2. Cultural events: the programme will consist of cultural and artistic events, in particular in partnership with cultural institutions and/or in collaboration with faculties, departments and campus associations (e.g. screenings, concerts, live arts shows, readings, performances, etc.).
   1. of which events organised by the Culture & Science Outreach Department ;
   2. of which events organised by campus cultural associations;
   3. including events organised by other members of the university community.
3. Medium-sized scientific conferences organised by the Faculties;
4. Association events not included in the programme.
