Practical information
Type of authorisation
- Green zones: places in pool with overbooking = no place guarantee (indicated by a green P icon on PlaneteUNIL, Parking -> Parkings abonné·e·s)
- Yellow zones: pool spaces without overbooking = guaranteed space (indicated by a yellow P icon on PlaneteUNIL, Parking -> Parkings autorisation spéciale)

Green zones
Authorisation valid on all green zones for a half-yearly or annual flat rate.

Yellow zones
Guaranteed access to a place only in the yellow zone allocated on registration and gives access to the green zones for a flat-rate half-yearly or annual fee with no guarantee of a place.

Rates for limited barrier parking green zones
Gives access only to green zones equipped with barriers for a number of hours (quota) predefined when the vignette is acquired. The quota of hours can be used freely throughout the period of validity of the vignette.
Principles:
- Base of calculation (100% theoretical) = 50h/week, i.e. from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, over 48 weeks/year.
- Limited parking stickers are only valid in green spaces in car parks with barriers.
- Limited parking badges are valid for parking in green spaces in car parks with barriers after 6pm and at weekends regardless of the number of hours allowed.
- If the quota of hours is used up before the end of the validity period of the authorisation, it is possible to buy back a single quota of 100 hours at the price of CHF 25 until the end of the validity period of the authorisation.
- At the end of the validity of the vignette, the hour quota is reset to zero.
- The 25% limited vignette is only available between 1 August and 31 October and is only annual. It is not possible to take it out during the year.
Semester
- Green zones limited 75%: 900 hours à CHF 200.-
- Green zones limited 50% : 600 hours; CHF 140.-
Annual
- Green zones limited 75% : 1800 hours à CHF 350.-
Vignette extension "nuit"
- CHF 60.-/month
- Annual term: 1 August to 31 July
- Autumn semester: 1 August to 31 January
- Spring semester: 1 February to 31 July

From April 1, 2021, as a matter of priority residents and shopkeepers of the Vortex can request a parking space in the building's car park, subject to availability. The parking permit is valid only for the yellow spaces in the Vortex car park, and must be obtained using this formular.
