The CAP2037 Ecological Transition Strategy is led by the Vice-Rector for Ecological Transition & Campus, in coordination with the other members of UNIL's Executive Board.
The Ecological Transition & Campus Department team coordinates and monitors the cross-cutting measures arising from CAP2037 in close collaboration with the Competence Centre in Sustainability (CCD), which has extensive theoretical and practical expertise in sustainability and steers the research, education and social aspects of the CAP2037 strategy.
The Transition Unit brings together eight times a year the members responsible for transition/sustainability in each deanery, as well as the heads of the main central services. It is a central body for ensuring the effective implementation of transition measures.
Several central services are piloting the implementation of transition measures, in particular the UNIBAT service, which manages the campus buildings, and all the UNIL faculties have also appointed a member of their deanship to be responsible for the ecological transition.
