Legal Department
The Legal Department provides support to UNIL's Rectorate and organisational units to ensure that the activities carried out as part of the institutional mission comply with stautory and regulatory requirements, and that these are applied so as to best defend the University's interests.

Teaching |
The Legal Department advises the Rectorate on teaching-related procedures. It provides legal expertise to all UNIL units on teaching-related issues outside the scope of procedures. |

The Legal Department provides expertise to all UNIL units on research-related issues, with the exception of matters falling within the remit of the PACTT. It also advises the Rectorate on research-related procedures. |
