Teacher training courses
The teacher training courses are offered by the Teaching Support Centre, at the request of and in collaboration with UNIL faculties, and are intended primarily for teachers in those faculties.
The purpose of the training courses is to support teachers in the further development of their pedagogical skills, and/or during the preparation and writing of their activity report during the probationary period (Directive 1.15) or as part of the renewal of their mandate (Directive 1.16). They are used to obtain a an attestation of teaching competency which can be attached to the activity report.
Each training courses offers the following modules:
- Preparation of planning activities for a teaching (individual support);
- Reactive analysis of teacher practices (individual support) ;
- Various training courses in higher education pedagogy.
A course must be followed in its entirety to obtain the attestation. It is awarded by the CSE, and co-signed by the Director of the CSE and the Dean of the Faculty or the Vice-Dean teaching of the Faculty.
