Business trips

In a context where limiting business travel is becoming a critical issue, it is essential to find sustainable solutions. Prioritising eco-friendly modes of transport, such as trains, and optimising each trip helps to reduce costs while respecting the environment.

The imperative to reduce the impact of professional investments naturally involves giving preference to the least polluting modes of transport, but also reducing the total mass of investments made by the university community. From the point of view of the institution as a whole, giving priority to sustainable mobility does not therefore have to cost more.

In short, travel less - change better / travel better - think less

The Swiss airline and SBB are offering combined rail and air tickets. Travellers can now travel from certain stations in Switzerland, including Lausanne, and in neighbouring countries to the airport. The train ticket is valid from one day before departure and one day after the flight on all routes on the corresponding line.
